National Trade Office is proud to participate in the 2024 Chocolate Festival in Arawa, Buka

The National Trade Office (NTO) is proud to be participating in the Chocolate Festival in Arawa, Buka, as part of its ongoing efforts in trade policy coordination and facilitation. The festival, which begins today and concludes tomorrow, offers a unique opportunity for us to engage with stakeholders and the public, highlighting the importance of trade in promoting local industries and fostering economic growth.

Our booth is set up to showcase the role of the National Trade Office in enhancing trade relations, supporting domestic producers, and creating opportunities for local businesses to access international markets. We are here to provide information about how the NTO facilitates trade, promotes fair and sustainable practices, and ensures that Papua New Guinea’s trade policies are aligned with global standards.
The Chocolate Festival celebrates one of Papua New Guinea’s thriving industries – cocoa production – and we are excited to be part of an event that not only showcases local talent but also promotes the potential of PNG’s agricultural exports.
We encourage visitors to stop by our booth to learn more about our services and how we work with businesses and communities to build stronger trade relationships.
